Should, need not, may, again should ...... Tamilnadu govt's stands in respect of two wheeler riders wearing helmets! That too after the matter went to Court and on court's orders!
Opinions may differ. It is my life is the common refrain. But my question is why is the helmet not strapped at all or not strapped properly.
Logic of wearing helmet is lost as at the point of impact the helmet will fly before the life does.

strap on or your life's gone. You should also talk about fastening seat belts and try to get some pics on people using mobile phones while riding 2 wheelers. I would like to suggest that if you happen 2 c anyone doing so just be behind him on ur vehicle and keep honking...nothing else will deter those determined to talk on phone...
thanks raj & jk. As for cell talking photos I have already posted them in another post and yes I do honk when I see some one talking on cell while riding/driving:)
